INSURANCE PROCEEDS
Article 10 To see whether the Town will vote to appropriate all sums over $150,000 recovered under the terms of
any insurance policy and any other insurance proceeds paid to the Town in connection with any losses suffered by
the Town; or to take any other action related thereto.

MOVED: That the subject matter of Article 10 be indefinitely postponed.

DISCUSSION: According to Massachusetts law, Town Meeting must vote to approve all sums over $150,000
recovered under the terms of any Insurance policy. There are no insurance proceeds to appropriate at this Town
Meeting, therefore, the Finance Committee voted to Indefinitely postpone.
